Drumheads are goatskin
Fish skin drum heads and synthetic drum heads
are available by special order.
Each drum includes a band around the drumhead and strap
of quality textile trim.
There will be variations of trim patterns from the
those shown in the photos.
The Doumbek was originally a Celtic drum.
Arriving in the Middle East after the time of Christ,
it originated in Bohemia from the Celtic tribe called Boiis.
The oldest ceramic doumbec artifacts are found in Bohemia
dating back to 4000 BC

and large pocket on the front for carrying all your accessories.

This will fit all sizes of my drums.
The medium & small size doumbeks will need extra padding added,
like a blanket or towel, to fit snugly.
This case will protect your drum. You will want to be carefull even so
not to throw or drop the drum in it's case.
Or load items on top of your drum in it's case.
Also, do not leave a drum in it's case in a very hot place,
like the truck of a car in summer.

Dragon Song Fine Craft doumbeks are the best ceramic drums I've ever played or heard! They have an amazing dum and tek and the heads don't change with the weather even though they are goat skin. These doumbek drums are artistically and individually handcrafted.
The drum you receive will be the color, shape and size to that in the photo.
In color of the Calico drums and basic motif carvings of the motif style drums will have some variations.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your drum
you may return it for exchange, credit or refund.
Please allow up to two weeks to ship. Items in stock will ship within 3 days.
